Agra is one of India's major tourist destination, not only for Indians but for non-Indians also. Agra is mainly liked for Taj Mahal which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and one of the world heritage sites in Agra. It is the most attractive monument of India that is completely engraved out in white marble. This wonder seems to be changeable in the air from a distance but this delusion soon gets exposed with the decrease in distance. Agra is best visited in the months of October, November, February and March, when the average temperature is between 16-25°C (60-75°F). Agra is home to other historical monuments also like Agra fort, fatehpur Sikri, Diwan-i-Am, Diwan-khana-i-khaas, Jodha Bhai palace, the treasury, Daulat khana-i-khas etc.
Jaipur, known as the Pink City, is the first well planned city of India. It is the capital of Rajasthan, located in its desert lands. The city, once being the capital of the royalty, resembles the taste of the Rajputs and the Royal families. The splendid houses, the wonderful pleasing surroundings, the attractive architecture, and the delicate culture all these textures composes this city a true heaven to be in. Jaipur is one of the most preferred destinations of tourists of all over the world. Each year, it welcomes thousands of people from across the world. It is a royal land of majestic forts, monuments and palaces. Now, many of the ancient palaces have turned into the heritage hotels which provide flawless services to visitors.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 (Arrive Delhi)
AArrive New Delhi Airport / Railway station we will meet you and check in to hotel. Afternoon, visit India Gate, Akshardham Temple and Parliament House. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 (Agra)
After breakfast, we will drive to Agra, visit the magnificient and lucrative Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday)-Which is one of the seven wonders of the world obviously the most exaggerated expression of love ever created. We will also visit the Red fort - Which is the tarnished and majestic red - sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna. It was constructed by Emperor Akbar in 1566. Then we will drive to Fatehpur Sikri-a perfectly preserved red sandstone "ghost town"which was the alienated capital of mughal emperor Akbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed. Arrive Jaipur and transfer to hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 3 (Jaipur)
After breakfast, we will visit the magnificent Amber Fort which cannot be easily described in the common words. We will enjoy for riding up on Elephants to the former capital of the royals set against the surroundings of the wooded hills. Later we will continue to visit the City Palace, Palace of Winds (which is also known as Hawa Mahal), this sophisticated building, observatory, where time has been accurately measured since the 17th century. Evening drive back to Delhi, Arrive Delhi and transfer to hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 4 (Delhi)
NAfter breakfast, we will checkout from hotel and carry on for sightseeing tour of New Delhi where metaphorical buildings recall that days when India was the jewel in the crown of the British empire. We will visit the 11th century Qutab Minar, India Gate and the grand government buildings, the President's House, Red fort, Mahatama Gandhi Memorial, also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly known as Birla Temple. Later transfer to airport / railway stationfor onward journey. Tour concludes.
