The virgin land of Kerala is an absolute paradise for the lovers of wildlife as one can view the animals in their natural surroundings while cruising on the Periyar Lake, in Thekkady. The Thekkady sanctuary is one of the best in the country for watching and photographing wild life. Notable among the wildlife species here are the tigers, the majestic Asiatic wild elephants and the distinctive Nilgiri langur with an all black body and white face. Other places worth visiting in Thekkady are Kumily,Murikkady,Pandikuzhi,Mangala Devi Temple and Chellarkovil.
Kovalam is a small town situated on the Malabar Coast along the Kerala shoreline. It is famous among tourists for its beautiful and secluded beaches. It is one of the most popular beach hangouts in India. Kovalam means a grove of coconut trees and truly the coconut trees along the beaches gives it a ravishing look.

Day 1 (Cochin Munnar)
Arrive Cochin Airport / Railway Station. Our representative will meet you and transfer to Munnar (approx. 143KM). On the way see Valara, Cheeyappara waterfalls, Karadippara view point. Check in to hotel, spent rest of the evening relaxing in the hotel.
Day 2 (Munnar)
Today we will visit the Eravikulam National park - famous for Nilagiri Tahr, Echo Point, Kundala dam and Matupety Reservoir. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 (Thekkady)
Morning start the journey to Thekkady (approx. 106KM) drive through panoramic western ghat hills covered with spice plantations. Throughout this journey you can enjoy different type of spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla etc. check in to hotel. After rest visit go for boating in periyar lake, you may get a chance to watch wild animals while boating. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 (Kumarakom)
After breakfast proceed to Kumarakom (Approx.164KM). Check in to hotel and visit bird sanctuary and backwater of kumarakom. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5 (Alleppey houseboat)
Move to Alleppey (Approx. 35KM) around 11AM for Houseboat. enjoy the authentic Kerala food and relaxing back waters cruise through the canals & coir villages. On this cruise you can enjoy beautiful villages, paddy fields, small churches, temples and day-to-day life of village people. Overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 6 (Kovalam)
Checkout from Houseboat at 9AM and proceed to Kovalam (approx. 170KM) on arrival check in to hotel. Later enjoy the famous Kovalam beach.
Day 7 (Trivandrum)
Today you can visit Padmanabha swami temple, Museum, Zoo and local shopping in Trivandrum. Overnight stay at hotel in Kovalam.
Day 8 (Trivandrum / Cochin)
Check out from the hotel and get transferred to Airport / Railway Station for onward journey. Tour Concludes.
